One simple step to purchase a Self-Guided Retreat Experience:

(Booking) Book the Garden Ensuite at the Chapel Hill Retreat Center through Airbnb and you will receive, upon arrival, the Chapel Hill Retreat Center LLC Self-Guided Retreat package, which includes the map and Self-Guided Reflection Journal.

Two steps to purchase a Facilitated Retreat Experience:

(Consultation) Complete the Chapel Hill Retreat Center LLC Intake Form and schedule a 15-minute consultation with Founder and Chief Facilitator, Katie Loovis, to determine the date(s) of the Facilitated Retreat and the scope and time of the session(s).
(Booking) Upon agreement with Loovis on the Facilitated Retreat session date and time, book the Garden Ensuite at the Chapel Hill Retreat Center through Airbnb - and - pay the Chapel Hill Retreat Center LLC e-invoice for the facilitated session(s).

Two steps for engaging a Chapel Hill Retreat Center LLC Preferred Provider for services on-site at the Chapel Hill Retreat Center:

(Scheduling) Contact the Preferred Provider directly to coordinate schedules for a date and time that works for both parties and when the Garden Ensuite at the Chapel Hill Retreat Center is available for booking. (Note: New clients may need to schedule a consultation with that provider prior to scheduling a session.
(Booking) Upon agreement with the Preferred Provider on session date and time, book the Garden Ensuite at the Chapel Hill Retreat Center through Airbnb (remember to use the provider's special code for a discount) - and - book and pay the provider directly for the session.
